If you have made a genre film make sure you discuss the codes and conventions of the genre and whether you have tried to reinforce these conventions or subvert them. These could be conventions of setting, or character, or weapons, or narrative for example.
Audiences have expectations about films - often based on genre. Audiences like repeated elements - eg in a slasher film people (often women) have to die bloody deaths, in a romance a couple should end up together. However audiences also like films to have new elements, otherwise all films would be exactly the same. So in a slasher film having two killers or a female killer would be subverting the conventions.
Character representation: You could discuss characters representations being stereotypical of the genre, and/or that you are reinforcing social gender stereotypes.
You will find that you have covered several of the evaluation points this way - 1, 2,5
